I have been employed at CRC since 1990 . I served on the INGENIC Board and as Editor from 1994 to 2012. My work programme at CRC includes/d: Co–ordinating morphological characterisation and evaluation of the large and diverse cacao germplasm collection conserved at the International Cocoa Genebank Trinidad (ICGT) of the CRC (ongoing). Studies on heavy metal, including cadmium (Cd), and Ochratoxin A contamination and flavour chemicals and volatiles in cocoa (2004 – 2012). Genomewide Association Studies (GWAS) in cacao (ongoing)
